Used James previously and based on the clean, professional and timely service I received then I contacted James when we we had a problem and needed a new boiler. James and Steve (Toni) worked really hard all day, didnt take a break (despite being offered brews). Just what you want from a tradesman clean, friendly, efficient and professional. On Saturday some workmen I had in accidently went through main gas pipe that fed boiler, james called immediately. Turned up in 5 minutes and shut gas off and capped. Today he returned to replace piping and fixtures. Excellent service and great response time, would definately recommend.

JB was able to locate and fix the burst pipe underneath the kitchen floor expertly. He took pictures at every stage of the process to document, as the job was part of an insurance claim. He talked through his methodology as he went and left the job incredibly neat once the leak had been fixed. Very efficient and knowledgable. Highly recommend.

We had been let-down and otherwise failed by others when, in desperation, I contacted James. I just wish I'd done so initially! James arrived ahead of time and involved me from the outset in explaining what he was going to do and why. He was incredibly polite and personable and I would have been happy had my wife been alone - not something I often say unfortunately. Anyhow, we had a real concern that a brand new laminate floor would have to be torn up or, even worse, a very expensive floor in the hall/vestibule. No worries. James found the leak, fixed it and it cost us a fraction of the first!
